Interesting decision. I know when there used to be football opt outs in Scotland Extra Time would be on BBC Two, but would then go BACK to BBC One for pens, overriding the regional news, in order to rejoin the network for Newsnight.

Two Scotland would have surely been able to carry the Ten and Reporting Scotland?
