Noticed the feed to the EBU was GBITV does that mean ITV produce the main feed from Parliament.
no, merely that the EBU decided to take their feed of Parliament via ITN. (Was that the service ID, or just how it was identified on the News Event slate?)

There was a news update with Clive Myrie after Holby City on BBC One at 9pm.

No Huw on the Ten then, or was Clive in the studio whilst Huw will be at Westminster?

Clive was in the virtual studio.

Anyone got a clip of the newsflash at 8pm?

It’s doomed Brexit that is, it’s a monumental defeat the pm severely hampered and weakened, she’s literally hanging on now and she’s only there due to the bonkersness of the entire situation.

No, parliamentary coverage is provided by an organisation called Parbul, though the company they contract to do the coverage is called Bowtie TV, which is part of NEP (http://www.bowtietv.com/what)

The GBITV is the EBU member who are providing it to Eurovision. As both the BBC and ITN are members of Parbul they both have access to the coverage, how they decide which one sends it out to the EBU I don't know

It was how the channel was labelled GBITV ENC2 I think it was.

Who’s parliamentlive.tv then because that’s what came on before proceedings

Curious, as ITV don't really have an MCR which would be feeding stuff into the EBU. ITN do, mind.

What you saw was the slate that appears in the downtime of the feeds from Parliament.

Don't know for sure but looks like the site is the official streaming website for the various feeds from Parliament. It appears to be closely aligned to parliament.gov

Yes, I'm sure they used to be GBITN. Has ITNs MCR taken over some of the responsibilities that the one on the South bank had, hence the change.

Or is it that ITV is a broadcaster and member of the EBU and ITN isn't?

ITN is not a member of the EBU, and I don't think ITV is either, judging by the list on their website - https://www.ebu.ch/about/members

Indeed, ITV is a member, but not ITN. https://www.ebu.ch/about/members?country=united-kingdom
