NBC News is breaking into all NBC tv stations across the United States with a special report. Lester Holt just reported 20 dead and hundreds has been injured.

Yep - only Network has handed over so far. Wales, Scotland and NI are handing over much later.

At the moment there is no confirmed information to report other than the few statements that have been released by police.

They can't do much other than speculate, and in the circumstances that helps nobody. There are reporters there trying to find out what is going on but they can't do that and stand in front of a camera with nothing to say.

Its 12:30 this happened at 10:40 more than enough time. Horrible response to a major incident in a major city. Obviously it was a big enough incident for them to report in the first place.
