Manchester Terror Attack

Seems crass to mention this at this juncture, but BBC Breakfast are conviently placed for another OB at 6am. They sent the presenters down to London for the Westminster attacks.

BBC News have gone to Newsday, covering the story.

Karin G and Rico have taken over with what seems to be a normal edition of Newsday. Disappointing from the BBC which really should have split output or neglected world in order to focus solely on major breaking and developing UK news.

Usual Newsday TOTH however Karin Giannone sitting, not standing, at the London desk after the titles.

If this is the worst case scenario, I doubt Singapore will have too much input tonight.

BBC One network due to simulcast from 12.20am tonight.

France 24 briefly reporting the story.

Breakfast will almost certainly be on location considering just how close to their studios the incident has occurred, if the worst is confirmed I'd imagine they'll also be other on location coverage through the day tomorrow.

There's a programme on BBC Two that's due to end at 12.15, don't suppose there will be a news report or simulcast with the news channel.

They may interrupt Newsday when BBC One joins.

It's looking like Newsday will just be rolling news on the Manchester story, would be surprised if they went with anything other than rolling news.

BBC Scotland is not due to come out until 00.35, I wonder if there come out early?

Scotland is 01:10 according to the schedule I can find, but I'd imagine that they'd have pulled out at the last junction if they were going to do something (we have to remember that this is outside of the M25 so is immediately seen as less important by much of the London centric media).
