ITV switching to Peston, When will ITV news be back ?

ITV News are live on Facebook in preparation for the PM's speech. However, they are accidentally broadcasting sound from Downing Street.

I'm finding Peston awful viewing at the moment as he's pushing to discuss politics this morning, it's too close to the incidents. I feel that they should have stuck with ITV News, especially until we hear from the Prime Minister.

Continuing news coverage has moved to BBC Two so BBC One can show the Pentecost service.

it's a bit pointless this morning. None of the guests are wanting to talk politics as they've stopped campaigning for today.

I wouldn't be surprised at this rate if it gets taken off air early.

Euronews had no sound at the start of TM speech and also lost it briefly.

BBC took a few seconds to get the audio levels correct. ITV took longer and began with possible reporters mic.

The timing of the Trevor McDonald "Vision Express" ad that has just been shown in the commercial break at the moment during Peston on Sunday is very apt, i.e. "events beyond description".
