Several packages have been sent to Obamas, Clintons and George Soros and now CNN. Here is the moment they were evacuated from CNN. This is happening in real time. Jim Scuitto and Poppy Harlow were on air. They are now live walking down the street on Facetime being moved away from the scene less than 4 minutes. Michelle Marsh at CNN DC immedtially took over. And is about to hand over to Wolf Blizter.
A journalist from WSB 2 Atlanta is reporting that CNN Center HQ in Atlanta is safe.
Here's the moment CNN had to handoff to DC and evacuate Time Warner Center in New York pic.twitter.com/TUtnWrss9z
They seem to be using 3 phones. One for FACETIME. One for each presenter. The speed in which they did this is pretty remarkable. It seemed like 4-5 minutes from the point they were at the desk until they were walking down the street like on air reporting. Clearly as they were walking down the stairs this plan quickly came together. Quick thinking by the person producing the programme.

According to CNN Sr Media Editor Brian Stelter, other NYC newsrooms are on high alert.
Security staffs at other newsrooms are monitoring the situation at Time Warner Center. So far, there's no indication of other suspicious packages at any other offices.
CNN Center is located in Atlanta. They have the ability to takeover whatever location is need. Including galleries in London, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi etc. As mentioned above WSB 2 Atlanta is reporting that CNN Center HQ has full control of CNN operations including their gallery. Which can be abandoned in a moments notice.
I've been told CNN HQ in Atlanta is fine and safe and is taking over operations from CNN NYC.
Poppy and Jim no long on phones and Facetime, they are now on a Dejero type unit with real microphones at they are reporting live and being moved away from the scene, walking and talking.
On a side note: CNN alum Wolf Blitzer is holding the line on the CNN NY/CNN HQ/CNN CENTER business. He is calling it CNN's NY office or CNN NY Bureau or the TimeWarner Center. Some of the younger anchors/reporters have made the mistake of saying CNN Headquarters/CNN Center. There was even a lower third that said "CNN Center". Wolf corrects them each time.
On MSNBC on screen they are calling it CNN in NY or CNN NY Hub.

According to MSNBC's Ali Velshi (former CNN anchor), Jeff Zucker president of CNN has said that all CNN facilities around the world have been checked. CNN Center in Atlanta is open but they putting scanners in place.
Brian Stelter just mentioned the following:
CBS News offered any assistance.
CNN Center in Atlanta was already handling the broadcast so there was no issues when they had to go off air.

CBS News offers CNN help as network continues reporting during evacuation
From CNN's Brian Stelter
When CNN's New York offices were evacuated, the network had to scramble to keep its 10 a.m. newscast on the air. Correspondent Rene Marsh initially anchored from Washington. She handed off to Wolf Blitzer a short time later.
The New York based anchors who were evacuated, Poppy Harlow and Jim Sciutto, continued to report from a nearby street corner.
The 10 a.m. newscast is usually produced from a control room at CNN Center in Atlanta, so the coverage was seamless on television.
One of CNN's rivals, CBS News, reached out to offer assistance. CBS is located a few blocks away from CNN on the west side of Manhattan.
CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker thanked CBS News and news division president David Rhodes "for graciously offering their assistance while we deal with this."
"Really nice to see from our fellow journalists," Zucker wrote in an internal memo.

Why is it still Time Warner Center? The company's been called Warner Media for a good few months now.
TimeWarner or WarnerMedia sold their stake in the complex and no longer owns it apparently since 2014. I would imagine the naming rights are still legally under the TimeWarner name and at this time cannot be changed or they arent interested in legally updating the signage. And since CNN and WarnerMedia is supposed to be moving out in a few years to Hudson Yard, its likely they arent interested in signing a new naming rights deal and have the signage changed. Clearly if it was easy to just pop up the new signage and rename the bulding they would dumped it immediately. Its likely a legal nightmare not worth the trouble. The naming rights will probably end when their lease is up and it will revert to the 11 Columbus Cir name or some other tenant will sign up for naming rights.
