BBC News 24 have just broken the news that BNP founder John Tyndall was found dead at his home in Hove, Sussex, this morning.

This is a great loss to Britain, and the peoples of Britain.

Seemingly intelligent people maintain that the BNP is racist, but if more people listened to the likes of Tyndall and Griffin those people who were murdered in the suicide bombs in London would probably still be here if their policies were implemented.

John Tyndall: we will never forget you, and all the work you have done - may you rest in peace.

He was utterly racist and anyone who suggests he was not is either monumentally naive or an out and out liar.

Which is it, Doctor?

Having read Dr Sigmund/Lobster's remarks in the past on similar subjects, I fear so.

Quite strange how Nina Hossain, who handled the live phone in with Nik Griffin, was extremely nice and she gave ''many thanks'' to him. Nina herself defies many of the beliefs of the British National Party, being biracial and the daughter of an immigrant.. Please do not take this post the wrong way by thinking that I mean all BNP followers hate immigrants and mixed raced people. But it must have been slightly awkward for Nina to do that conversation with him.

You asked me the question and then went ahead and made an assumption of my answer.

Why would I treat a different side of the same sword any differently? Neither is worthy of anything more than contempt.

My, you are reading a lot into that. I doubt Nina even thought about it. She was merely being a professional broadcaster by being polite and courteous. If she wasn't, then it would show obvious bias which is unacceptable.

This is a free country, and I seriously wish people would stop trying to supress freedom of expression. The government is actively trying to stop any kind of un-politically correct sentiments being uttered by anyone. I do not agree with the BNP at all, but this is a free country, and I would always defend the rights of the BNP and other groups/individuals to express thier opinions.

Sadly, we seem to all be falling under the spell of Mr Blairs ever-increasting dictatorial and holier-than-thou stance.

Ok, thankyou very much for your observations and thoughts, this is an interesting subject especially when broadcasters have to set aside thoughts on matters which apply to their own lives.

I think you'll find that it was Michael Howard who wanted the BNP banned, actually.

If it is unacceptable for Nina to make any comments of her own etc then why is it acceptable for the BBC to make documentries about the BNP and launching a campaign of hate against the organisation publicly?
