Hmmm, 'most professional' - the BBC's seems to be most professional but I am really liking ITV's graphics.(which are professional)
Sky's is also good - I just have problems voting on the word 'professional'!
The ITV News at 18:30 was professional and full of content - not hard in comparison to the ITV Lunchtime News.

Again terms what you mean "Professional". Channel 4 is always very "Professional" but in pres terms BBC News is very good at the moment.
ITV's attempt is not to unlike the a certain insurance companys logo.....
Sky, well they also do this....It look messy and annoys me with that bloody "Interest Index"- Whats all that about!
Generally British broadcasters are very professional during big stories such as A Gerneral Election. Unlike our dear friends across the pond.
I've already seen Fox breifly describe it as the "English Elections" not that it features high on their list of prioities.

i have to say that BBC News is the best UK news channel/news network covering the election campaign. The on-screen idents are fab, and I suspect when May 5th comes - we'll get a superb election presentation on the election overnight programme. I love the idea of the election bus, that travels round different parts of the UK for every six o'clock news bulletin - it's got a mini studio, just great! Also, the six o'clock news now has one presenter in Westminster and one in the studio - I like that! News 24 pretty good for coverage too and I like how the ticker at the bottom changes to Labour, Conservative, Lib Dems, SNP and Green Party when news for the party comes up.
BBC News - you're fab!
I have to say that I feel somewhat let down by Sky News. I think their onscreen presentation and coverage as a whole could be a lot better. BBC News has won the trophy, in my opinion, for best election coverage.
Also, was Jane Hill on today with Chris Eakin?

"English Election" - pah...
That's enough to rile a small but angry bunch of Welsh, Irish and Scottish nationalists
I wouldn't call myself a Welsh "Nationalist" although I do dislike the use of the word "England" or "English" to encompass the UK as a whole. It's just geographically incorrect in modern times.

No, I tend to watch ITV News exclusively, and do not have the time to watch coverage of other news channels, and so am wondering whether people feel that the coverage of BBC News etc. is as good as, or better than ITV News', who IMO are doing a good job.
