Back to Ben Brown in E. I guess Ros was filling whilst Ben was taking Sophie's seat.
Ros Atkins taken over... sounds like he's in F? Certainly not C as the opt was noticeable and James was sat there as it opt-out.

Wonder why James didn't continue until Ben was ready, Ros was probably scheduled for 20:00 BST so came on 90 minutes early.

Very disappointing.
We won't hear about Beirut again now on CNN.
What an awful decision to switch to the US channel, while Becky is in Abu Dhabi, right next door to the story. The coverage was good until now.
It is a real disservice to viewers around the world.
Well how disappointing. CNNi has switched to CNN USA and is talking about Coronavirus.

I mean in the Middle East region, as opposed to switching to the US channel in Washington who were not covering it, as it doesn't affect the US.
I agree they should be covering it, but these days it doesn't really matter if the story is presented from 2,500km away or 10,000km in Atlanta. Unless they have someone actually there they'll just be relying on other people's pictures.

Thing is that now it seems to be just an accident, not a terrorist or political act it's a lot less interesting a story for the news channels, especially the American ones
Amanpour is Live on CNNI right now, covering the story briefly at the beginning, before switching to Coronavirus coverage. Not sure how this will play in about 9 hours on PBS.
