At 46, I have never seen an explosion like this.

There's been a few around the world in modern times, but this is probably the first to be captured so well on video

Never seen an purported industrial explosion like that. CNNi has been quite good since this started. Ben Wedeman is an Lebanon expert having lived in the city for years. CNN is still being careful not to give a definitive cause.

Indeed. I don't think that looks like an explosion in a fireworks factory. Apparently they could hear it in Cyprus! Shocked

Shame US is so insular. But CNN International has been very good.

They are simulcasting World.

CNN rrporting live from inside the gutted CNN office. Sad to see.

Becky Anderson is still going on CNNi at 6pm. She's done a great job with the coverage. Quite glad CNNi continued with their own coverage and not switch to CNN USA. Mark Austin is on Sky News at the moment.

Technical problems on the Six as they failed to reach a correspondent so they had to move onto the other days news.

Adrian Finighan (Doha) and Zeina Khodr (Beirut) for AJE. Zeina has been by telephone up until now. She's live on the ground now at the port with a camera crew. Unbelievable scenes.

Most well known to those of us in the UK being Buncefield.

Ros Atkins taken over... sounds like he's in F? Certainly not C as the opt was noticeable and James was sat there as it opt-out.
