Spotlight are (happily, thankfully) using their 2002 music package, which sounds the best out of the lot IMO.

The whole 2005 look is awful, especially the music.
To hear what could have been, have a listen to BBC London 94.9, they still had the original BBC LDN theme until recently when they brought in a new version which great

Well perhaps unsurprisingly London is using the current London tag too!
I was rather hoping for some new music in London, never been keen on this 2005 stuff, the original was much better, but perhaps its going to spread

Look North Leeds refers to the flooding of last summer, with Christa Ackroyd, Harry Gration, Jenny Hill, Ian White, and another young lady, whose name escapes me. The 2004 (current) package is used.

East Midlands Today have the restoration of a Vulcan Bomber in Leicestershire. It made it's first flight in preservation last october.
It's a strange choice, though, since the Trust which owns the bomber is appealing for money to be able to exhibit it at shows this year.

The other reporter is Roopa Runjani (spelling?). I'm surprised Paul Hudson doesn't feature in the trail, they must have filmed it while he was on one of his regular days off.
