It's kind of weird that version. I remember when i first heard it thinking i was tuning into the Trance music network or something. Still nice though and one of the many thousands of BBC News theme variations.

Let's be fair. Theres not exactly the facilities in Baghdad like there is here for washing clothes etc. Reporters do have to live it rough sometimes to bring us the story.

He was wearing a pink shirt, as always. I think he just has an endless supply of Blue ties and pink shirts!

The ticker/dog looks like its about a pixel higher... is it?

He has been doing Business on BBC World for about a week now I think. Not 100% sure on his name, Egon Kasu? I've seen him down at the LSE during TWT WBR.

It's Egon Cossou, Damo. By the way, I've seen TWT earlier lunchtime and I noticed Martine Dennis saying World NEWS rather than World Business Report. But she corrected her error and said it properly.

The BBC World put some nice music on at the end of the French special.

BBC World aerial shot lokoing awfully green, although the presenters look properly coloured unlike presenter shots where they look pink.

Why when BBC News overnight was coming from World, and only going out on World, did they use News 24's ticker and we got the dog that covers the clock?
