The swirly bbc ribbons were red instead of white around the globe

nothing new.

don't like Lucy on Have Your Say, its not her type of programme, and im getting sick of her on TWT.

Looks like Peter Dobbie doing Have Your Say this week. Should be interesting.

Also, seeing Daniel Lak in New York studio for BBC World just now. Forgot all about him. An underused and very credible reporter.

Dharshini David in NYC and Jamie Roberston in London for WBR tonight. After they had done the hellos, cut to Jamie in London for the first story, but sound stayed with New York, so we heard her coughing and muttering for a few seconds whilst Jamie tried to figure out what was going on.

Who presented the London-Washington bulletin (or New York)?

Didn't manage to see aric. I would have hoped it was Dharshini David, or even Guto Harri, as opposed to Matt Frei. Not sure though.

Tony Campion and the Lindsey Brancher are on London-bound duty so far today. Lindsey Brancher is really a very relaxed and calm presenter.

Uh... I don't think Dharshini reads the World News. The only thing I know about her is that she's reading the biz news (either London or New York). But I think someone is presenting in Washington (or New York); it depends on who's reading the news.

Yikes, Dharshini coughed?! Oh, dear. Maybe she should need some water or something.

I didn't see who the London presenter was last night but it was Tanya Beckett in the USA.

Did anyone see Asia Today with Mike Embley, they had two men in the studio with him, but the man on the extreme right had very poor lighting, what is it with that studio and it's lighting!

I've just been on holiday and had the opportunity to watch BBC World for the best part of a fortnight in the hotel room. I thought it was presented well and generally alright with only one graphics mishap where wrong astons and story straps appeared. The lighting was also poor on the wide shot with the studio looking incredibly dark.
I do have two queries from watching it, however. The first is 'why is the location strap appear as the single line aston and not under the Live BUG as on N24?' and the second being 'what is the schedule for news content?' I ask the latter because sometimes at xx.20 there would be sport, other times it would be business, and then on some occasions there would be neither. The same applied to the weather - sometimes there would be a full worldwide forecast, other times just Asia and Africa, and then sometimes there would be no forecast. Is there any specific schedule?

New face on the washhington-london hour. Daljit Daljwani? Also noticed the headline graphics wee a tad smaller, and they actually had a wide shot in the dc studio.
