yes, there was an issue with the host and the Dundee Uni IP address which is now resolved. My Second point at him still stands however.

They're rather snazzy I must say, although tsk @ the loss of TWT's double titles.

Could I be as bold to ask why Damo has been banned?


The new look on World is fantastic. Well done to everyone involved. It's kinda brought the channel right up to date somehow.

I'm very impressed. Good on BBC World for putting the local time on screen, others are sure to follow! They seem to have changed the "This is BBC World... Putting news first", is there now a bigger gap between the two statements? So I take it the headline in the titles has gone as has the zooming out of the region with the main story? Oh well, it was good whilst it lasted.

What DOG are they using during the non-news programmes such as Click and FastTrack? I wonder what BBC America will have on screen to cover up the new DOG as previously they just whacked a huge red square saying BBC America over the tower.

I'd say there is a bigger gap, the woman doesn't sound so stern either. I don't have Foxtel so I can't really say much, although from damo/the eye's caps it's not bad at all. I like them a lot..

It did not appear for the two way in Baghdad with Andrew North (on News 24 I should add)

Maybe a good idea, but it looks a mess! They should have put the clock in line with the LIVE/location.

Also, the DOG (as I believe it's now called!) looks stupid on a red background without the ticker. They should lose the background when there's no ticker.
