She also used to do a travel programme on N24 back in the cream and red era IIRC.
AFAIK she is just a cover on N24, but is often seen at the weekends covering for Joanna Gosling.

Gate 24 which was sort-of replaced by FastTrack. She was the main cover for Joanna Gosling but Annita McVeigh is presenting the shift since Joanna moved to weekdays, and Victoria Graham is on the shift this weekend as well.

I think you might be confusing Anita McVeigh with Anita MacNaught. The latter DID freelance for CNN recently, and was a long serving anchor on BBC World between 1996 and 2005.

Yep - Anita MacNaught was also recently IN the news, because her partner/husband (not sure which) was a journalist kidnapped, and then released (in Gaza I think though I may be wrong)

About 5 seconds into the clip and Phil Hayton makes a pass at Isobel Lang years ago on BBC World's Newsdesk programme. Today it could be called sexual harassment!

About 16 and then 42 secs into this video and there are some ancient out takes from BBC World Service Television! The Riz Khan one made me laugh.

A good mix (although mainly N24) here. Trust Lindsey Brancher to never crack a smile. Keep an eye out for Simon McCoy's can of Elnett. Hope you enjoy.

Hilarious. Loved the scene of David Jessel and Dharshini David dancing into the intro..........I am sure they do that all the time on BBC World (except Nisha, of course.......)
