BBC World [soon to be BBC World News]

I agree but the colours should have matched all the other graphics. I suppose the ticker wasn't on 24/7 back then (on News 24 anyway).

The China Red and Cream set, created a more elegant and inviting look, rather then the current set which seems rather cheap and cold.

Could someone please remind what the cream/china red set look liked!?

I always felt the last set was rather dark and unfriendly compared to the News 24 and National sets of the era.

Rather different opening to the news a few days ago, and somewhat refreshing from the "This is BBC News from BBC World. I'm............" that normally appears.

Nisha Pillai also did World News Today on Friday. She is good and has a very unique style.

Did you notice that she was also pretty much leaning over the desk as if she was standing up! When interviewing someone at the desk she seemed to sit back and relax.... also I don't know why they raised that 2nd desk.

You mean they raised the WNT desk?

Yes a few months ago now at least, u can tell.

If she read what the titles says it would be This is BBC World from BBC News LOL
