Again?! This is my first time in years seeing Jane present an actual BBC World bulletin and not just a simulcast!
I pressume Jane is covering on BBC World at the moment. Am i right in thinking a few of their big names are out in the field? Jane would be a natural person to cover of course given her experience.

On another subject, I am pleased to see that Juliette Foster is continuing to appear as news anchor on World. I have said it once and will probably say it another million times, but I fail to see why Sky dispensed with her services.
She is incredibly knowledgeable on every subject and can easily carry a broad spectrum of stories, from light-hearted to incredibly serious. I recall her solo anchoring the Asian Tsunami disaster on Sky a few years ago. She was incredible. Highly intelligent woman.

For anyone who's interested I found a small video clip of Jane Hill presenting BBC World in 2001:

It's captured from BBC America and I downloaded it from a website at the time. I've since forgotten which website it was, so I apologise if it is your clip.
By the way, does David Jessel still present on BBC World? I haven't seen him in months (admittedly I don't get much time to tune in these days). It would be a terrible shame if he's given up broadcasting as he was always excellent.
