He certainly has. I remember for a long time he used to present the sports news on News 24 (and probably weekend Breakfast by then) and still be presenting the sport on South Today - actually I don't think he ever formally left South Today.

Yep very long time, he was there when I started watching the channel in late 01 early 02. Twas his birthday on 2 days ago too.

Think Mike was one of the launch (or shortly after launch) News 24 Sport presenters from the November 1997 launch of N24, when Sport came from the Sport Radio Newsroom at Broadcasting House, prior to them moving to the News Centre just before News 24 moved into the News Centre.

He still does present the weekend breakfast sport an on N24
