Are you serious? Kidding Laughing He is a tropper. He doesn't look tied at all. If I work 16 hour shift I will be tied and cranky. My old job I used to work on the weekends 16 hours, so I know and can feel what he is going thru. Wow Smile

He was definitely on News 24 this afternoon. So, today he must have done 0600-1200 BBC World, 1300-1700 BBC News 24, 1900-0100 BBC World. That's some shift!

Over-exposure is not a good thing. Whilst he is very good, having Tim (or any other anchor) on my screen for most of the day would be a bit tiresome.

Looks very good, indeed. And excellent music, too, reminds me of the American Beauty theme.
Shame I'm gonna miss the programme about the World Service.

I can't believe this bloke! He's on News 24 now 0830-1100! There's no stopping him.

I agree with you, James. I think his over-exposure is the reason I've tired of him very quickly.

World News Today came from Singapore today with yes, George Alagiah actually there himself. Sharynjit Leyel (sp?) also presented that edition of World Business Report in the studio. Looked nice at night.

Plus an ark ward ending to WNT. A split screen with no background of Lyse and George, they said goodbye Lyse looked down, George started talking to the guest, the headline bed was playing, Lyse started to look confused. G realised he was still on air so looked at the camera with a big smile, then a few seconds later it cut straight to an ad.

Also, WBR has a new sponsor, yet a bumper for WBR before the countdown still says WBR in association with Shell.

It is nice to see WNT coming form Singapore. Sharon was on at 6: 45 am Sing time for ABR. So she was in the studio all day? I which they could do a night time show form Singapore for Asia/Pacific.
World Business Report at its regular time is in association with Shell but WBR in WNT is sponsored by Suzlon. Even Sport Today is sponsored. Why is it you never see those sponsorships in Europe. Everytime the bill board comes up there is a promo for the website. They will show in other regions but not Europe. Is there a law in Europe that says news programs can't be sponsored?

All the WBR's I've seen today and friday were only sponsored by Suzlon, none were sponsored by shell. Quite alot of programmes on BBCW atm are sponsored. Click, Sport Today, WBR, Weather, World Challenge, Asia Business Report, and erm some more lol.

Sport Today has been sponsored before too, by another Beer company.
