The promo for the new World News Today said it will come from Washington, London and Singapore. Dunno if it'll come from World or News 24 though.

Sorry I thought you meant the full live 1 hour version. You will see a recorded half hour at 0030.
And no the 0300 WNT will not be in N9.

Just watched the start: impressed with the presentation so far! Nice package from Lowe as ever, very subtle synth changes on the headline bed, not sure about the rather high pitched intro stab before the headlines! Visually the titles are very different, the animation of "BBC WORLD NEWS AMERICA" is almost like a glorified PowerPoint presentation but overall very cool, also quite a nifty sounding tail after the titles which accopanies a wide shot of the studio.

I'm impressed!

If you remove the Desk and platform, and put in the baking tray, it would really tie the whole look they're going for together.

World News Today is suppose to last an hour, but the new US edition comprises of 15 minutes and then transitions in a bewildering manner to "World News America." We're told one programme is airing, and then bam, you're watching Matt on his old show. I thought his highlights would be screened as a small part of the WNT. No, it took up the 3/4 of the show - very confusing.

And there was no new set. A new backdrop doesnt count.
