BBC America is airing promos for World News America. The graphics indicate it will be presented a la WNT style, but with darker shades of red and greys.
In the promo, Matt is seen standing and walking around the Jefferson memorial, giving commentary and the like- looking into the camera - a very American approach to promoting the show - dont know if thats good or bad.

Is it just the footage from the news 24 countdown?

If you check the BBC WORLD website your will see Matt in the newsroom standing in front of the new logo. It unsual for BBC WORLD not to be promoting their new show. Normally they will start atleast 10 days before the program starts. Maybe they will start at 05:00 GMT wed. Or they might have started on the American feed of BBC WORLD. Everything now is regionilzed.

At last they introduced a red ticker for breaking news (or at least it's the first time I've seen it). Looks good, although it would look better if "breaking news" stayed always on screen instead of only appearing at the beginning of the rolling text.

This morning on BBC AMERICA i saw the promo for the program. It only feature Matt Frei. And it said join Matt Frei every weeknight. Katty is now a main correspondent (matt's old job), so she might be a feature reporter.
How will the programs work on News 24? It is commercial so how will n24 manage when there is a break?

I presume that furing breaks we will go back to the N24 studio for more UK focused headlines or a few in brief stories, like during World Business Report or The World Today.
