That same channel have also put up 24(+3) seconds of the countdown

It seems that its identical to the NC version until 18 seconds on clock when it introduces the World sound, ( a bit later then the last countdown) Also on this VT quite a cock up with the aston and ticker.
It was noted last night that the clock covering DOG was back on World last night during the similcast. I wonder if the BBC World News DOG is the same length as the BBC News and Clock DO on the NC so that it covers it up again during the overnights.

Is it just me, or do the new graphics bear a slight resemblance to some of the graphics used by Spain's CNN+ -- specifically the part you can see at 0:17 in this promo:

It's all a bit too fast for me, this new spinning globe and swipes at the start up of the bulletin. I honestly felt dizzy just now. LOL.

Glad to see that Mike Embley is back, however.

Not too many caps here then, but I take it they've moved into the News 24 studio with no major changes to it.

As far as I can tell, they haven't moved yet.

I think the only reason there aren't many caps is because the person doing the capping seems to have been banned. They're still in N9.

I wonder if the Washington studio will get a little refresh for World News America's new look... Removing the blue and adding the ring motief, or will the titles have a splash of blue to fit in with the studio?

I assume you don't watch News 24 often then?

What's supposed to be happening to World News Today Bulletins? Will they remain in this N9 fliparound or will they move into N8 with the rest of BBC World?

N9's being closed to all but emergency use. If they're in N9 now, they'll move to N8 with the rest of WN.

with N8, they may move both the left and right wings into one single sub area to the left, and have the main desk to the right...

Could I ask whether anyone could tell me about the studio where BBC Four's World News Today comes from (where it is, what it's called)?
