I've seen the master feed (im assuming it is) because the locations for weather were a major capital city or two from each continent. The times were all GMT and markets were world, not centric. I have caps i'll upload one day.
(Jarrod also mentioned the breakfiller sometimes just saying for more weather go to... for business/news etc go to.. I just assume that is a recorded one not a 'live' one.)

Yeah, it can be seen every time the local breakfiller fails -and tech problems are quite the norm on BBC World.

Well, admittedly I couldn't watch BBCWorld in the last month, but problems with stings and graphics, breakfillers that fail and many other cock-ups have always been frequent on World -or at least much more frequent than on the other channels. Or have they fixed everything perfectly in these last few weeks?

Anyone seen World News Today - Business? it's 2300 CET and i'm still asleep (well, i tried to be awake using an alarm clock but i just get asleep again after 5 min...) so please cap it.
AFAIR... the lower-thirds are somewhat similar to WBR (although i only saw "Coming Up.")
