Its not big, well I don't think it is. Just a tad too long and fooked up.

Yes, the long logo looks bad, why don;t they use the ticker on that show??

They used the ticker during the Pennsylvania primaries but during normal broadcasts they rarely do. I'm not sure why, but it's a nice change from the distracting tickers of all the other news channels.

Ok, this is really beginning to bug me like never before, but does Nik Gowing always need to say "You're with BBC World News" at the start of every sentence/end of headlines/news in brief? Its extremely annoying.

Why don't they just put the DOG on the left of our screens, back where it was? The "full screen graphics" looked great.
About the background, I don't know, it doesn't loook bad, but I find it is a step back, it makes it look like a studio from the late 90s.

Whilst its a nice backdrop, its totally out of sync with the colour scheme of the whole look, and that very long BBC WORLD NEWS dog looks very poor.

Looks like BBC America is adopting aspects of the BBC One look. I've seen one of the BBC One idents modified for BBCA and all the promos now have that look too.

Really?! Can you cap these, I don't think the abc style "a"s have been around for that long!

BBCA seems have have deviated from the 'a' look. Now I only see them on episode credits and MA warnings.

BBC America is taking alot more from the current BBC1 look.

I saw this ident on the channel a few hours ago. Obviously, the channel name was different,

And the branding for bbca promos also ties in with bbc1.

Well when you think about it, BBC America is like the BBC One of America. Obviously the programming is not exactly the same, but it has the same basic purpose and similar lineup.

finally...
even the non-licence fee payer viewer of BBC World (News) can now have their say on the broadcast graphics!

If you are a subscriber of their viewer panel, maybe you can click on this...

Erm... I'd advise posting a different link. Your personal details are rather visable once the survey is completed.
