Oh god that looks awful! I assume it was made in-house... I'll reserve proper judgement until launch day Smile

EDIT: Is it bad I like the above design? Could you upload it in higher quality?

Not all that enthused by the three images for GMT/The Hub/Impact Asia. I probably would have preferred something that ties in more closely with the existing titles (a la Michael W's mock).

However, I am hoping that World Business Report (and regional variants) gets new titles. I've never liked the current titles, which look cheap and nasty - yet they've lasted for ages. And if Asia Today, now that it's moving to Singapore, could get a little bit of attention, that might be welcome too. It's not that the titles for Asia Today are bad, but they've been the same for several years now - it would be nice to see something different (as long as it's half decent, of course!).

I really don't like the idea of putting presenter names into programme titles. It just seems messy to me especially when the named presenter is not presenting it. Unless the titles can be rendered each time to show the name of the presenter who is actually presenting that particular programme. Maybe just a little rant from me there but we all know how often named presenters actually don't present their own programme.

does anyone know what happened to BBC World News youtube channel? Did It get deleted, or did they delete their account?

I used to watch World News America every night, but due to my daily routine, I haven't caught it in a while.

I noticed that on BBCA, they no longer have the red "BBC WORLD NEWS" bug in the bottom left. Now, it says "BBC WORLD NEWS AMERICA". When did they make this change?

Can anyone confirm or deny whether or not these BBC World News graphics changes are coming to the news channel, and other regional, national, and global language channels/broadcasts...

I think we should wait to see what the BBC World News graphics changes are. If they are just to theme the strap to the programme, then surely we wont see that on UK output.

There are no changes to the News Channel planned.

Core News graphics on all outlets well stay the same.

Apart from a certain region, that might just be changing possibly at a later stage in the season...

Surely it's their Welsh language news programme on S4C which unbelieveably still appears to have the old look.
