Some minor cock-up between BBCWN and Red Bee... Red Bee switched to BBC World News gallery too early (for HARDtalk at 0330GMT), and showed the promotion of The Papers then the channel promotion for BBC Parliament.

Confused here.
Why would World have access to those promotions anyway?
I wouldve understood if Red Bee had switched World to News Channel gallery output.

World produce the overnight joint service from their gallery, so will be playing out News Channel promos when not broadcasting on BBC World News. The News Channel gallery isn't involved in the overnight service AFAIK.

Yeah I've seen NC promos on WN overnights as well. I didn't think it was a cock up since the simulcast was a generic BBC News broadcast.
It seems like he especially is having camera troubles. Almost everytime he's done the business when I've watched in the last few weeks, he's had at least one comment to say about the cameras. Sure, he's not the only one having problems, and Mosart has its kinks, but his hyped-up presenting style (which I actually like) must be having issues with the fact that the camera shots have to be cued several seconds beforehand.

Today's issue wasn't a cueing problem but a framing issue. The camera rotated from the head on position with the usual London backdrop, and encaptured only half of one of the screens off to his right which carried a caption related to the story he was reading.
Aaron contorted himself to fit into the shot, which clearly came from a wrong camera position.

Not sure it's "several seconds" - but it's certainly not instant if triggered by Mosart AIUI (though I may be wrong).
