I have no idea what you're talking about but all I can think of is this? If so I see what you seem about it feeling like the same shot. The animation is a bit different to the 2008 version and it seems to animate slower than 2008 too. I dunno, if this is what you're talking about it I don't like it either.

What's the logic behind the new World News TOTH opener? I really don't like the way they show the same shot of the globe twice, wasn't there a different shot that used to go in there prior to the move to Broadcasting House?

Yeah, that is what I'm talking about. It just frustrates me because it feels, when watching it at normal speed, like you're watching the same shot twice, whereas with the original version it didn't.
