They are certainly showing it all, so many reporters and guests, random presenters appearing from the newsroom. It really benfits the content to have all their devisions in one place.
Really not a fan of these straps. It seems like a bit of a step back, with some weird kerning and why no white space? Everything seems to be crushed into the smallest space possible. I really would've liked to see some thinking closer to that rather nice and short-lived 2007/8 glossy era (maybe I'm the only person who actually liked that).

I agree, the font is bland, does not sit well along side the Gill Sans used for branding, no flare, no spark of creativity that the current graphics have with their transitions, and confident typesetting.
Does anyone have any more info on this little nugget?

In October 2011, a high definition feed of BBC World News showed up on Galaxy 13 in the United States.[8] Also in September 2012, BBC World News has also launched a HD feed in the Asia Pacific Region on Intelsat 19 at 166.0°E. The channel is speculated for launch in high definition in early 2013.
I thought they were going to change the breakfiller, is boring, all promos. The graphics are good, the countdown: fantastic (better than before). Logo on screen: something disappointed. I liked everything else.
Amid all the relunch excitement I totally forgot Jon Sopel is joining Worls today. Mishal just welcomed hin to the family. He's one of BBC's best imo plus has and is not afraid to show personality.
