GMT, Impact, Global and WNT replaced with standard BBC World News, presumably due to the strike. Friday morning really badly affected according to the schedule with no news at the TOTH between 06:00BST & 10:00BST

And the 12.30 edition of GMT replaced with a documentary, with a repeat of Click replacing one edition of Global. Appears the business and sports bulletins will be on at the normal time.

Are the simulcast of News Channel using the "Welcome to BBC News, broadcasting to viewers at home and around the world" intro?

No, but there is a BBC World News logo during the opening titles. The bulletin at noon was also UK skewed.

WBR is live with Maryam Moshiri who presented the 1130 bulletin, so the strike isn't affecting the Business unit.

Maxine Mawhinney has tweeted the NC will be simulcasting on World until 17:00.
