Looks as if they're in the studio now though - if it's green screen it's not too noticeable and she's certainly got a desk in front of her. One of the LEDs lighting the columns between screens has gone though, meaning one is grey and one is lit up blue - the 'Breaking News' background loop is also quite short, lasting only fifteen seconds or so before fading back to the beginning.

EDIT: Strange goings on at 9:50, when the programme (starting as World News Today before shedding that title and becoming generic BBC News), ended, meaning a cut back (on the NC) to Studio E and Martine Croxall who carried on. Why did the programme end so short of the TOTH, surely adverts and the weather can't last that long on World?

World often have short versions of programmes like Click and The Travel Show, but you'd think they'd drop them in light of today's events.

I just turned on WN. The North American feed is carrying Babita Sharma instead of a recorded back half hour or ABR.

After. Global covered the story for World viewers before, then handed over to Huw.

I see. Wondered if they joined at the start of the 5 as it wasn't a smooth handover from Simon on the NC.

Worth noting that while World is simulcasting the NC, World is still generating their own lower thirds.

Are they simulcasting again? Local Time bug shown on NC.

Yes looks to be, based on what is going out on BBC Four.
