Rajini Vaidyanathan.
In other news, BBC World is broadcasting from the GMT/Global studio this morning, as opposed to the usual Studio C.
However, this was clearly a planned operation, as they are making full use of the screens and flexible camera angles, wide shots and aerial shots. (Last time they decamped, it was only to use closely cropped head shots, as if to suggest a last minute change).

They're still in B at Noon BST. Presumably taking advantage of B being vacant on Saturdays. They'll probably be back in C at some point this evening.
The 0500 GMT update came from Studio B today as well.

Presumably they have to decamp again when Marr/Sunday Politics are on?
They've decamped to B for an entire weekend in the past while safety checks have been happening in C.

I can't remember what they did, but A & D would both be available.

The RSS feed powered ticker gave viewers this very detailed and not vague headline: 'Still Europe's last dictator?'

I still cannot believe they don't have a producer writing headlines for the ticker. From what I understand a Viz ticker can be easily edited with out much training.
As side note tonight at 1930 EDT on the BBC World News's North American feed they are airing a program that was an iPlayer exclusive from the UK about London Fashion Week with Abbey Clancy. It's the first time I've ever noticed a program from iPlayer make its way to World News. I sometimes wish BBC World North American feed followed the rest of the world.

I notice that the title of an article can vary between the Most Read Articles title and the title at the top of the article. I wouldn't have thought it would be too difficult to arrange for a "ticker safe" title.
