I think it's a shame that the NC have stopped the overnight simulcasts of ABR and Sport Today (except while Singapore was being rebuilt as ABR was being broadcast from the studio, occasionally with Richard Wescott who has a busy week), they should have them again and remove the ambiguity in the broadcasts to an extent.
I note what people are saying about Newsday, it could be Singapore only if there is a major breaking news story in the region but otherwise think the way it is now is good, apart from since the refresh the lack of conversation between the presenters, it was a lot easier when there was the split screen!
I note Peter Dobbie recently said bbc.co.uk/news for viewers in the UK on a simulcast.

Asia Business Report airs at 01:30 and Sport Today air at 01:45 on the NC.

That's the standard BBC News address. UK news is at bbc.co.uk/news/uk

I think BBC.com is the address outside of the UK.

I believe if you access BBC.com within the UK it will take you to the co.uk homepage and vice versa. I recently used my standard bookmark to acces the BBC website while abroad and I was taken to the .com page (complete with adverts and BBC World News video summaries etc). Overnight bulletins often reference 'the website' or 'BBC.com/news'

Using the technology that allows them to overlay the BBC News/BBC World News logos appropriately, would it be possible to put out a different aston for each feed and simply make a verbal reference to 'the website'?

On a somewhat related note, it was strange how I managed to get the UK online edition rather than the World edition last year. It happened a couple of times.

How do they manage to put out the logos and the channel IDs at the same time on both the NC and WN feeds? Surely they're not overlayed by Red Bee.

That could work for keyed captions just as the BBC World News vs BBC News and Clock vs No Clock elements from the same VizRT source keyed downstream differ. You'd need to have a 'website template' rather than typing the URL in as plain text' to request the website name though - which could complicate things in some situations.
However if you were putting the graphic in a screen, then you couldn't do a split.
