@SomeRandomStuff, pretty interesting. Is this an official promo to get feedback done for BBCWorld? I've never come across it if it is.

Singapore studio does seem rather claustrophobic, but it's understandable considering the expensive property price in that country. Might we see an upgrade to that studio? It would be fantastic to see Singapore studio have some features that can match with NBH, but then that might be unnecessary expenses consdering Singapore studio is only used a couple of hours per day.

Which would probably mean relocating, as the existing studio location is structurally inadequate for the likes of an Olympic replica. However, I fully agree with you in that a similar set up would be far more aligned with BBC Branding as opposed to the box room they're using at the moment.
Or something along the lines of CNN's Hong Kong studio. But I believe that's far larger than the BBC budget would allow.
What I think would work well for Singapore is a set up similar to the studio in the Olympic Park in 2012.

That new studio is definitely a lot more shiny and snazzier than the old one.

I'm watching what are supposedly some of Nik Gowing's final bulletins, and the audio keeps dipping in and out. It'll go from a normal level to almost silent, then back to normal. It repeats this about every minute or so. Is this a problem other people are getting, or is it just (rather likely) a problem with my Comcast carrier? No other channel seems to do this.
