BBC World News from New Broadcasting House

Ros Atkins is incredibly overrated. When I've seen him, he seems to like making the news more about him, and his intonation appears rushed, as well as quite an annoying voice. It's all rather too informal.

Karin, on the other hand, is really great.

noticed a few presentation tweaks on BBC World News this morning, i saw a BBC World News coming next slide for Hardtalk and then for Hardtalk it had a BBC World News and underneath the logo it said Current Affairs, so I think its genre specific idents too.

Also I think the breakfiller has been replaced its now got these Live the story branded trailers, I really need to have a proper look lol.

Its a shocker, the new breakfiller is awful its just stiched together, no fluidity at all, its just awful.

I don't get this new "look" they are using.
Someone always messing with BBCWN's mojo everytime they settled to one, getting irritated now.

Disaster what they did. Very messy schedules on screen. The old promos now use the font Gill Sans.

I actually quite like it. The same boards are used for "coming next" captions.

Also, the Genre specific straps look quite good, IMO. So far, I've seen only the yellow SPORTS one.

Nice tweaking.

Terrible time zones stacking in the above example though.

Also, the program title and the presenter name (example, the picture i've posted above)... they move on opposite sides. I don't understand why do they have to do that. Very messy.

its a very poor effort the endboards are nice but its hardly in line so makes it look poor, this is the worst breakfiller in BBC World's history.
