Komla just posted on Facebook that viewers will notice some changes from 4am GMT. Anyone have any ideas as to what's changing?

Hmmm surely they can't be getting rid of the 5am BST simulcast? It's actually quite good to watch in the morning.

It might be as simple as the darker backdrop, forgive me if it is already in use - I've not seen the 5am BST Simulcast for a while.

I wish they would use studio E for those 3 hours.

Then the backdrop would be empty and then theres the reasons why they originally stopped the overnight News Channel.

Was just about to mention the change. Its just him at the desk then the intro then a few headlines then Sally with business headlines from wall then a musical sting and studio pan. Quite odd tbh

It's a big mess.

Not quite working, as Sally walks off (in quite noisy shoes) as the sting is played.
No change in presentation for the 8-12 UKT bulletins.

I quite like the walk off minus the shoes. its an interesting sequence for a toth though.

The opening plays out after just one headline and it feels like they made a mistake and then restarted the headlines.
