You heard right. He was also referred to as that on an Aston earlier.

He is I suspect one of the BBC World Service Regional Editors.

Gosh that was a very short posting that she had as Latin America Business Correspondent in Sao Paolo.

I wonder if she will be replaced there?

Would it be better if BBC News and World News shared more of their biggest stars?

So presenters could work on both channels, such as Fiona Bruce, Huw Edwards and more.

This would just make better savings and make both channels a lot more similar!

Do you not think that they put in a full day's work as it is?
bilky asko and London Lite gave kudos

No, it would be good to see the stars from both channels working together on shows.

As they stand for BBC News and I think this means that they should be part of both the channels.

So... Get rid of all of the other newsreaders on World and make the main domestic presenters work twice the amount. After all, it's not like Bruce, Raworth, Edwards or any of that lot work any more than 30 minutes each day.

Why don't the BBC just employ you straight away? Perhaps in a financial department as you are so well informed on the costs of running a news organisation with all its many studios and journalists.

Your ideas would save so much money...

I'm not sure that you're getting my point.

They all work a full day as it is - just because you only see them on air for a certain number of hours doesn't mean that they're not working before/after the broadcast.
