Just to show there are no hard feelings, I have edited my original post.

You’re still missing “Originally captured by Rolling News of TVF”.

I think you will find on a legal technicality, you have no rightful ownership of the image you created as it contains copyrighted material. You essentially made an illegal copy of copyrighted material you do not own. Unless you asked the BBC for permission, which I doubt you did. See the 'can I use images or screenshots' section here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/usingthebbc/terms/can-i-use-bbc-content/

Technically speaking, Jamesypoo is absolutely right to credit BBC News as they own the copyright, not you.

Exactly right. So you're undermining the BBCs hard work

Nothing worse than when your thingy goes on the blink.

I do like how the green lighting looks in the studio in that clip, though it'd be even nicer if the greens matched between the lighting and the programme strap.

How bizarre! 12 noon TOTH went out slightly early. So here on World we got Joanna Gosling with the intro and she read out the first headline. Then bang on the hour, we crashed to Yalda Hakim in Studio C for the commencement of World News. With full headline sequence and the usual hellos.

Why would Channel be going out 20 secs earlier than the actual TOTH. Yalda came on screen bang-on the hour.

I was busy watching This Morning - but I've just checked iPlayer and it seems to have gone out near enough on time? Straight out of the countdown..

Very odd. Yes, we had a countdown and straight to Joanna in E. She said hello. Introduced herself. Read out the first headline OOV and then we crashed to Yalda who opened the bulletin right from the top as normal. I checked the time of Yalda appearance. It was bang-on the hour. (3pm my time/12 noon London).

How strange!

I think World's schedule is pretty much perfect now. Funny how it feels much more like a rolling news channel now, since COVID19 schedule started, than before. I'm not sure if there is actually more hours of news but it sure feels like it. Especially late at night, I love the addition of Papers for international audiences, at 23.30 CET and Tim is great for this late night slot.

Generic World News bulletins replacing special shows is also fine with me. The same presenters are still there, in a better studio, with less distractions. Also this makes remaining shows with unique titles and look (Outside Source) more special. WNA's new music is a step back though.

The new evening line up is also an improvement, makes it all much more coherent. Outside Source from 8-9.30 pm, then Washington for 90 minutes and then back to London for the late night slot and Tim.

I just wish they would get a better shot of the newsroom for the background, or if possible put a real live shot from somewhere in the newsroom.

Why is Katty Kay coming live from her home I assume? when she was in the studio less than an hour ago.

Perhaps she'd left something in the oven? Very Happy

Equally what was the point in Rajini being at work this evening. 20:30-21:00 on the news channel and 22:30-22:45 on the channel and world is hardly worth a separate presenter in normal times let alone during a global pandemic when they are trying to minimise the numbers in the building.

Rajini also filed a couple of reports during the day (India themed), so perhaps she was “around”.

Her show WNA ended about 50 minutes before the hit. No reason for her to stick around past her show for a five minute hit.
Don’t let anyone treat you like you’re a VO/SOT when you’re a PKG.

Katy Kay also did a interview with Christian at the beginning of the midnight hour as well from home again.
