I noticed that the 7 pm bulletin is beginning to feel like a standard edition of BBC World News / World News Today

Thank you for your informative observation

I'm not sure if I've said this before but I love the generic titles on BBC World News. I know they've largely been the same since 2008 (which I never liked) but I love the version they've used since 2013, particularly the little drum beat as they fade into the studio.
Stay alert. Control the virus. Save lives.

Personally I've always preferred the World News titles that have been used since 2013 over what's used on the News Channel, to me they feel more pacy over the News Channel's opening with the pan over the newsroom

Yeah it’s not bad especially the last bit but it’s been there for too long, and World viewers before the pandemic had much varied presentation all gone now thanks to coronavirus.

Going back to a discussion on the last page regarding long running news themes, Newsnight is another that has kept it sounding mostly the same for 40 years.
