Is World News still broadcasting from Studio A? If so, this would probably make for the longest broadcast usage of that studio in a long time, as most uses I've seen of A have been just for an hour or so with the BBC News Channel (which is normally when the clocks aren't in sync with the US, so no Outside Source etc), never for continual broadcasting every single hour. Confused

Looks like a recorded hour now.

I still think some real photographs of C could be stiched together to make a better background than the 3D modelled one.

Given how little any of the VR studios are on air though they are all adequate. How much work is involved to make a design for A for one of the programmes? I’m guessing there must be at least five of them created (domestic, World, London, Marr and Sunday Politics).

Domestic, World and London are the same one with different images on the virtual screens aren't they? Also Newswatch and Daily Politics have used A.

BBC London actually uses the same newsroom backdrop with the NC, it's just the virtual TV monitors are different...

Actually looks fabulous and presentable compared to the gloomy and dreary newsroom backdrop...

It is okay, but okay is all it is. It's not good, it's not great, it's just okay, it does the job, barely, but it does the job. It just doesn't do it well.

No World News Today at 2100BST tonight... it's replaced by a generic BBC World News simulcast with the NC. Studio A probably
doesn't have the templates/titles ready for WNT. Rolling Eyes
