Studio B seems to be out of action, all of the programmes are out of Studio C, expect the studio to be treated with the various colourful lighting schemes each show comes with,

Is the catwalk out of use today?

Isn't that just typical Bank Holiday reduced staffing (as B requires the use of camera operators while C has robotic cameras)?

Possibly nothing to do with that if we go by what Aaron is saying. Confused

Why is that? Victoria Derbyshire did come from Studio B today.

Maybe a fault with the studio occurred during or after broadcast?

I wonder, if there was a fault with the studio when VD is broadcast, hypothetically what would the best studio be for them to decamp to? Considering their panel discussions and that it does use a large part of the studio

So as the tweet of mine says it might be the reason. I'm just speculating. Apologies for the pretty average recording, it was recorded on my iPhone 6 (i know, i know...)

I assume it would move to E or A. Imagine Victoria Derbyshire presenting her show at a newsdesk!

Man I hate that TV Forum favourite phrase ‘decamp’. Along with ‘pre-empt’.

I can live with decamp but pre-empt I really hate. Whatever happened to cancelled, moved, rescheduled, replaced? Pre-empted (to me) suggests forward planning which doesn't tend to be the context it is used in.

Pre-empted is valid - if you're talking about programmes being moved for, say, an FA Cup replay. A cease and desist prompting a Panorama episode to be delayed isn't a pre-emption though.
