My money is on "Only when he is covering Major International News" I very much doubt we will see him presenting a shift on BBC News.
Also... do we know if BBC News are switching to Single-headed presentation with the move? and if the presenter of the BBC News at 1 will present the 11am BBC Two bulletin?
From what I've read from insiders on TVF, I think that in the UK, the BBC One simulcasts will be in HD, although the news channels won't be for a bit,
I have wondered about that myself. I assume when BBC Two HD launches we will have the World News bulletins in HD also. Overnights I think will be SD at first. No plans for a HD BBC News Channel have been discussed AFAIK
What will be on at 11:30 GMT on BBC World News under the new schedule? I ask as the BBC Two schedule lists only 'BBC World News' as the programme, after 'BBC News'.

Every aspect of how the channel is put together has been reviewed: there’s a new schedule, new title sequences, new junctions, refreshed music and a new top-of-the-hour countdown showcasing how presenters and correspondents “live the story”.
