Probably not, N8 has regularly needed weekends off air to perform maintenance tasks. News 24 used to regularly decamp to N6 and N9 for overnights.
Is there a problem in N8 as the overnight bulletins are coming from N6?

Thanks for capturing that! What happened!?
Final Score has just crashed off air on BBC World News, now back to the breakfiller programme trailers.
EDIT: And mid trailer, back to the Final Score studio...

Digital error.

In case anyone's interested, the magenta and grey test signal is known as 'pathological test' - magenta is all 1s, and grey is all 0s, and it's a good way to stress-test an SDI link, as it's hard for the error-correction to deal with. I certainly hope not, they're a terrible clunky mess.
We've already been told by BBC insiders that both Domestic and World News are not getting a rebrand, 'tweaked' titles at most.
BBC Hindi service have already started using them for their programme 'Global India'.

'Focus on Africa' appear be getting new titles with the move to BH.

Its possible that the rest of world service could start using the new titles, but seeing as how they're crap, I'd rather they stuck with the current ones.

This style may continue on World Service language output, but no - the main World News / News Channel and domestic titles are staying the same apart from the odd tweak to the fine details for HD. Yep, Focus on Africa is having a tweak to the titles to the front and endslate, but remain pretty much the same.
I wonder if those 'Focus on Africa' style Titles will be rolled out across all there World Service Output and maybe they might be used for BBC World News and BBC News if there is a rebrand when they move to BH?

I prefer the more desreet 'impact.' I think that at the moment the programme DOGs are too intrusive.
