NBH is completely new so there were bound to be a large number of bugs to be found and issues to be sorted.
You can get away with them for a programme which broadcasts an hour a day, but a 24 hour operation would be very exposed.
You will get plenty of warning when the move happens.

A lot has been learnt by moving the weekend programmes and Newsnight, so that learning is being put to good use.
