Well the decision has either just been published internally today (to which Marcus has been privy) and will be publicly revealed at a later date; or it's so trivial to most people that it wouldn't necessarily appear in the press. For instance, I don't remember any publicity of Philip Hayton moving from BBC World to BBC News 24 in 2001. Of course, he did get rather a lot of attention when he left in 2005, but that was for totally different reasons!

Not questioning his credibility in any measure. Quite the opposite - just curious as to how this information doesn't appear in the press. Is it insider stuff?
