Well Michelle Obama I hate to tell you that its hard for any athlete to do whatever it is they have to do without breathing.
Perhaps she might explain her self later.

Bit off topic but...
Last night after the ceremony BBC News had switched to overnights and was with World but were only showing photos of the event rather than video footage.
I know that they may not have had rights to show it internationally but Sky News is broadcast around the world and they were showing loads of video footage from inside.
How does it work with showing sports rights internationally?

My question is, what happens if BBC World News have to simulcast the News Channel at some point because of a technical problem or a Breaking Olympic story that means its worthwhile a simulcast. If World News show the News channel showing an event live or some video from the stadium shot by OBS... How does that work?

The BBC only have right to show anything from an Olympic Event in the UK. Anything broadcast outside the UK con only be covered from outside the Olympic venues or with stills. I think they are allowed 4 minutes video per day.
So if anything is simulcast on BBC World News it can't include material from inside an Olympic venue. It also can't be available on the internet from outside the UK
I didn't think Sky had any rights so not sure what they were showing, unless it was part of their four minutes.

They did show the fireworks live as I flicked onto their web feed to see what they're doing. I'm surprised they didn't have a live camera angle from Tower Bridge like Sky News did showing the David Beckham boat, plus they must of known that it did form part of the opening ceremony because of the fireworks boats. They could have shown the Thames action as it was outside the stadium complex.
Was World live during the ending ceremony fireworks? That probably looked great from their position. Hopefully someone recorded it.

It seems a bit random for the London Live 2012 titles to have a clip of William and Kate's wedding in there. I get the idea of having a few clips to present the "spirit" of the city as opposed to just the sport, but a clip from a one-off event that took place over a year ago seems a bit of a cynical move to get the Royal fans from overseas to sit up and pay attention.

The rules for Sky are the same as those for BBC World
The news access rights are quite complicated:
http://www.olympic.org/Documents/Games_London_2012/IOC_News_Access_Rules-London_2012_Eng.pdf
Basically it's 6 minutes a day, in no more than 3 news programmes and not until 3 hours after the rights holders.
Opening Ceremony footage was released via the agencies last night, I'm not sure what time though. Sky would only have used that, I don't know why World didn't, maybe they were saving their uses for later in the day?
