PBS always used to show it on its affiliates, but I think Comcast has done a deal with World News to put it on their TV Service

PBS Stations still carry BBC WORLD NEWS at different times through out the day. World is on Verizon full time, Comcast in Major cities, COX, and several other smaller cable providers.
Comcast should carry world full-time by the end of the year.
