Apologies if the following question is common fact ... but when does BBC News actually move to Broadcasting House? Have not been on here for months and months ... and I have tried to find out but can't see anything. I see from the BBC News website it is 2012 but any idea when? Thanks.

I think they said BBC World News will move before the Olympics lockdown. Im Unsure if domestic will move before or after olympics.

I haven't caught World Business Report for a little while - I assume it's still using the same theme music as always? It occurs to me that it's been in use for 15 years this year - surely that must be a record in modern times? It's the only remaining element of the glorious flags era, so I hope it continues for a while yet. I know it was fairly commonplace to use news themes for decades in the 1960s, 70s and 80s but certainly these days it's unusual.

I think there's no need to change it, it's short and now in a way iconic. But they need a new opening video, current one is worse than the previous. Also WBT got worse when they shortened it to less than 10 minutes and with no half hour editions, now it's too short and just filler.

I always find that 10 minutes just isn't enough time, at the end of every program I've watched there's been Sally Bundock (Or Tanya Beckett on Fridays) in a rush to show everything.

I notice from http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00z75h7 it used to be 30 minutes, which to me is about right to fit everything in.

Yes and shorter versions went for 12 or 13 minutes but few years ago they decided to air short segments of their weekend taped shows at 50 minutes past the hour so WBT and ST are shortened and rushed. Really stupid decision.

I'm tired of see these 5minute shorts for Click/Fasttrack, before the TOTH during the week. They're repeated so much that it spoils the full weekend airing of the programme. Its fine to do it at the end of say GMT, Impact & The Hub etc, but when you've had a full half hour of news with no sport or business and WBR and ST follows... it would be good to see them be back at 10mins not 6 or 7 minutes. Its pointless because at .55 we get too see another short which was played in the previous hour.

Why not after the half hour of news that airs at 4am NZ Time (can't think of GMT) play WBR and ST for 10mins and have no short afterwards? I hope my rant makes sense. I also dislike those breakbumpers with shots taken from the countdown.

On the other hand I really do like those half hour bulletins which makes use of the newswall and presenter at other end of desk, news in brief with presenter in vision etc. Its different and feels like im getting more news out of it. A proper close would be good though haha

As I gather, World News will move in first 'iron out' any technical problems (reason is it has been said it would cause licence fee payers who watch the UK News channel to grumble about problems, but yet if World have issues, will also upset advertisers in the process!) with any of the new technology and equipment (as it's the same across News channel and World News), the News channel I would assume would be operational from W1 by April next year.
