Did anyone see the BBC World Easter night at 0000 GMT? It looked like the WORLD was replaced by News24. Did anyone else notice this? Whoever saw it, can you please tell me who presented the WORLD Easter night at 0000 GMT? thanks!

BBC World joins BBC News 24 every night of the week overnight GMT, and BBC World viewers get to see a combined news service for 3 or 4 hours each day.

This service is always presented from the News 24 studio, and is always anchored by a N24 presenter (unless there is engineering work going on, then the N24 presenter will still present, but from the BBc World studio).

What you saw last night is a very normal occurrence (daily in fact) and not particular to the Easter weekend.

Welcome to the forum.

the other thing is that the US bulletins are all an hour out at the moment as the clocks have changed here but not there so it may be the new forum member got an unusual bulletin as they are used to it coming from World at 0000 and actually got the 0100 one.
