Like the small tewaks made at World. Wondered why Zeinab and the WBR and Sports anchors had moved their seating positions to the very end of the desk. Now self explanatory.

But - call me old fashioned - I still DETEST any news programme that has presenters standing up. I loathe this style. Even Manisha Tank - and all her brilliance - made this style look lumpy and clunky.

Why can't everyone follow CNNI's example and have anchors seated, where they should be.

Nisha Pillai seems to have taken over on the main editions of Asia Today. She is still highly good. And Jono Charles doing midweeks too. Not bad!

Tony Campion is presenting on BBC World this morning. I know he's done some News 24 stints, but is this his first time on World? He seems quite good. He's got a nice authoritative style. His only slip up so far has been to say "Nobel Pea Prize".

What?! That's new. Well, another News 24 newsreader going to a BBC World bulletin. LOL.

No, Tony Campion presented on World before. So it's not his first time today.

I think it's his second time on BBC World.
I also like his style, very authoritative yet friendly and he can keep a good pace.

He was last on in April.

Another new presenter I like is Jonathan Charles. His style is authoritative yet friendly as well. BBC World has some good weekend/relief presenters now - the best since Adrian Finighan left for CNN.
