A different studio angle today (at 11:00 GMT)? Or a whole different studio with a projected background? Something wrong at BBC World?

Oh? I also saw last night's (HKST) BBC World bulletin (7:00 PM HKST). After the opening titles, I was concerned that the entire studio didn't appear and it was only (after the titles) Anya reading the news. This was last night's recorded bulletin (Asia Pacific). Kinda weird isn't it?

Yeahs, Tim Wilcox was in a different studio a few hours earlier. Seems to be a 'washed out' shot of the studio, a little blur-er than usual as well. No other shots were used.

Different Studio? Mabey they are getting a new set and is A CSO like we saw before the introduction of the new N24 set.

Wouldn't really expect anything too drastic from world - maybe a new plasma or a bit of work on the glass but apart from that I can't imagine them doing much.

I think - maybe - they're in the world set opposite the newsroom in N9?

The only difference I've seen in the background throughout the day was during the 1100GMT news summary with Jonathan Charles (I actually didn't see Tim Willcox in the newsroom today). But it could have just been an unusual camera angle.

Maybe they are doing changes related to the new show they'll air with George Alligator next month.

Looks like theyve taken some lights away... such as around the plasma, its not as lit up as it used to be. and the lights in the desk at the red bit dont seem to be on... if lights there even exist. but it looks darker.

I'm watching it now, and for a second during the headlines, the astons were orangy red in a ribbon fashion like itv. Also, I heard shuffiling like unpacking on air!

And A slight cock-up, Alastair was introducing a story, and the camera started to move towards the left side of the tv, and he moved his chair, and then It stopped.
